Green Power Dip

Ingredients:


1-2 avocados

Juice of 1 Lime

1/2 cup Kale

1/2 cup Spinach

4 tbsp. Plain organic Greek yogurt

3 tbsp. Plain organic cottage cheese

2 tsp. organic coriander

1/2 tsp. organic garlic powder

Sea salt

Pepper

(I add a dollop of Ranch!)


Directions:

Toss everything in a blender!


Eat with: Corn chips, pretzel sticks, raw veggies, Kettle cooked chips, pita chips/bread, crackers, and basically anything dippable!

I always try to go organic when I can. It's pricier, but you get way you pay for (good health!). Cottage cheese is a great source of calcium. It can help prevent osteoporosi and certain cancers. It can regulate high blood pressure. It can help with weight loss because of it's levels of protein. And it has been known to help children who seem low on energy (which dairy can help with). High source of protein and iodine, so it can help with weight loss. High source of calcium, as well. Rich in potassium which can offset sodium. Full of B12! Loads of probiotics.
